All shipments in the Netherlands are carried out by PostNL. These shipping costs are for free. Shipping costs are charged outside the Netherlands. The costs for this will be calculated per country.
After an orders is placed the expected delivery time is 1-2 business days.
After we have transferred your package to PostNL, we will send the same day an e-mail with the track & trace number of your package. With this specific number you can follow the status of your package via the link below. So, you know exactly when you can expect your order! If we have your order in stock, the expected delivery time is 1-2 business days.
PostNL delivers your order at home. If you are not at home, PostNL will try again the next day (also on Saturdays).
If you are not home twice in succession, your package will be delivered to a PostNL post office or service point in your area. You can pick up your package for seven days at the indicated PostNL point.
Not at home during the day? No problem! Enter a different address in the checkout process (for example your work address) and we will send your order there. You can also have your delivery delivered to a PostNL post office or service point nearby. At the checkout, choose the PostNL location where you want to pick up your package. There is always one in your area! Do you want to know if the package has been delivered? You will be kept informed via e-mail. After the package has been delivered, you have seven days to pick it up at the indicated PostNL point.
